It doesn't come with written instructions so even an adult has to muddle through the first time until you figure out what to do. And it is more difficult than Barbie Rapunzel. It says for 4+ age. I would say it is more for 6+. Even I had difficulty understanding what to do the first time through. Having said that, it is great fun and little girls love it.
