I bought this for my 8-yr old daughter & she absolutely loves this game! It was really easy for her to catch on to how to play. She also liked the fact that there are other "mini" adventures besides the main goal of the game (earning the five ribbons). I also have a 4-yr old daughter who loves horses. Its hard for her to use the wii remote (she doesnt have the dexterity to guide it correctly), but she likes to watch her sister play. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who has a daughter/granddaughter/niece/c
