Barbie: Groovy Games (Game Boy Advance, 2002)

I purchased this game for my daughter, but played it myself to see if it was suitable for her. Aside from enjoying the games myself, I really enjoyed how each game has different difficulty levels and choices to make the games more interesting. A player can choose which characters play each other such as Barbie vs Teresa, for example. Also, the instructions for how to play each game are crystal clear (as long as the player can read). This is great if the manual is lost, which inevitably happens with children. Navigating the games is easy - my daughter instantly played games without reading instructions. Although the player does not have to be an Einstein to play, the games do require thought and strategy to win. Obviously, these games aren't for everyone, but for those who love Barbie, the game is very consistent with her style...fun, colorful, positive, friendly and always a lady! My daughter gives Barbie: Groovy Games a thumbs up and so do I!
