The recipes all sound really good, the only bad thing is I couldn't find any free samples of them :0) Can't wait to try them out.

I have watched his show a lot and decided to get his books. A very worth while investment. The books are geared more to the exotics. By that I mean there are no plain hambuger or steak recipes. If you are willing to try some different types and styles of BBQing and Grilling, then this is the book or (BIBLE) to get.
Steven has treked the world over and recieved some of the best tasting and styles of cooking. I was amazed at how different cultures have use of open fire cooking.
There is a chapter for everything, including drink recipes on what to serve with every type of BBQ.
Bottom line: If you like to cook over an open flame, and want to learn how to get better, with some really impressive recipes, This is the book to get.
Cons: Can't really think of any...
