I used this book to cook for over 6oo people at one time! Not just a big hit but a Home Run! From sea food to grilled vegetables. beef,veal,pork,sausages,chicken,shellfish and desserts. It's all here.
If you are the must have pictures! type of person get Steve Raichlen's " THE COMPLETE ILLUSTRATED BOOK OF BARBECUE TECHNIQUES"
The North Carolina pulled pork recipe will beat anything off any shelf and I have been asked for it over and over agian!
