I love this cookbook.Because it gives a ton of different ways to grill anything from meat to veggies.No boredum here.

As a BBQ snob, there are only a few publications that get into the necessary detail of the industry, and Raichlen has penned one of them. This exhaustive study on regional differences starts humourous and light, but finishes with substance and solid technique. A must have for the real hoggers out there (although he gets into beef well, too)!

This is a cookbook that anyone who has never cooked on a grill needs. The receipes are from all over the world and you are bound to find some type of food familar to your taste. I bought it in hopes that it would show me how to use my new gas grill and it did. It not only tells you about gas grills, but it goes into other types of grills as well, such as electric and charcoal.

Once I watched the show on the food network, I knew that I had to buy the book! It is great... Easy for the beginer BBQ-er and AWESOME for the advanced BBQ-er! I plan on buying EVERYONE a BBQ bible for Christmas!

this book is great. i would highly recommend it to anyone looking to up their bbq game. the recipes are fantastic. i've gotten a good chance to make a few and the descriptions make it super easy to impress your friends and loved ones with great eats.

Good Book but be carefful which edition you get, both are avaliable on ebay.
The newer edition is better and has more good information re preparing meats.
