Barbecue! Bible Sauces, Rubs, and Marinades by Steven Raichlen (2000, Paperback)

I love to watch Steven on TV. His recipes are tasty and most are doable. Not all the ingredients are available where I live but most are. You won't be disappointed in his books!

I have had this book since 2000. I bought this copy for my neighbor who loves it just as much! We mark each rub, etc., with the page number for quick reference to remake!

Steven Raichlen did it again. the rubs and marinades in this book are extensive and can be used for all kinds of things other than the intended purpose of the recipes he provides...for example, the marinades make some great dressings too.. a wonderful reference to have in any library of cookbooks!

the sauces in this book appear to be genuine awesomeness. i've looked through much of the book and it is awesome. good work from a barbe guru.

I liked the way the book was layed out. Easy to find recipes. It is informative without being boring. I bought it for a bridal shower gift. The groom went 'wild' over it.

Great condition, great book, great value. Book came on time, was in pretty good condition. I was at William Sonoma just last week and they were selling it for double the price.

If you love to grill, this is a must have! The recipes are incredible! You won't be sorry, I know I am not. I love sauces for everything, and this is the sauce bible. I have never seen so many awesome sauce recipes in one book! I have only had the book for a few days, and have made 3 different sauces that were all to die for! I can't wait to try some of the rubs, and marinades.
