W.C. Fields has always been a family favorite as I was growing up. He is very comical. My friend wanted this movie for her Dad. When I explained that I may be able to see it from Netflix, I rented a copy for us to watch then bought a copy for her. Very entertaining. Thank you. Darlene

WC Fields, The Great ManThe Bank Dick doesn't have much of a plot, and if it does it revolves around how Fields becomes a bank detective (dick). It has a lot great gags and the dialogue is just gold. keep an eye out for the scene where Fields tries to repeat what a stock salesman tells him and ends up jumbling the words resulting in one of Fields' great speeches, or salespitches. Keep an eye out for Shemp Howard.
