This is one of the best war stories I have ever seen. From beginning to end, there is not a part that isn't worth watching. Plan to set aside time over a day or three to watch this tale, as you won't want to leave it alone for long. While some may find it doesn't measure up to blockbuster movies like Patton, I would say simply--different format and different story. If for some reason you're having trouble making up your mind, error on the side of enjoyment and buy this! You will not be dissapointed I am sure.
