I purchased this movie because I just LOVE huskies and Alaskan genre. This movie is based on a true story in which back in 1925, a half-breed (Balto), who is half-wolf and half-husky, travels through dangerous snowstorms from Nenana to Nome in order to bring antibiotics to the sick children. Today the path that Balto had taken is used in the Iditarod races. With this movie, one can follow Balto and his two cuddly bear-cub friends, and his crazy goose uncle Boris in a journey to find the courage of knowing where one belongs.
