When I purchased this cook book, I had no idea that it would be filled with so many wonderful recipes. The discriptive recipes encourages one to give it a try. There are some classic recipes with new and improved ingrediants, which puts a whole new spin on the "classic".
The cook book is well written with much details. I am most impressed with the cover and it's contents. The only negative I can see is, I'll never get out of my kitchen in want to try each and everyone of the recipes in this wonderful book. Great job!
