
Bake Your Own Bread by Floss and Stan Dworkin
This book has been around a while and I used it faithfully in the 70s til the pages resembled bread from all the dough in my kitchen.
Used the challah, pizza, nan and many other recipes often.
This is one of the best written books on bread, and the authors taught me so much in a concise fashion. I can recommend this book 10%.
