Bake Until Bubbly! by Clifford A. Wright (2008, Paperback)

If you ask anyone here to define comfort food you'll usually hear "Mac and Cheese," but other countries it may be called "Pastitsio" or "Cassoulet" or even "Lasagna." This book by Mr. Wright is all about casseroles in this international collection. There are 200 plus recipes for every meal of the day, including desserts! I like the sidebars that give info about the ingredients and techniques and even what to do with the leftovers, if there are any. Some of the recipes include "Beechwood Inn Breakfast Strata"......"Potato, Bacon & Gruyere Casserole"......."Moussaka"....."Nectarine & Almond Dessert Casserole." These are just a few. You may not make them all but to me, casseroles are time savers....a meal all in one and I plan to make as many as I can and then pick favorites.

I never received the book which I paid for immediately on Paypal and the seller failed to respond to four e-mails asking what was going on. If there was a rating below poor, I would give it. This is the first time this has happened to me on eBay.
