As much as I hate remakes and hate to admit this..I like this movie! It was funny and I love the thing that happen to Billy Thorton's character in this flix, they are hilarious! I,of course always prefer the originals, I still do with this one, but is was surprisingly funny and a good movie! It follows the same outline as the original...bad baseball team of misfit kids, get a new coach who is somewhat a loser, turns the team around and saves the day.
