Bad Company
This movie may be low budget but high in quality and inspiration. Jeff Bridges performance here proves why the industry took notice of him early on in his career. He is absolutely natural. Barry Brown as well turns in a stunningly real performance. Pity Barry has not been with us since the late 70s. Safe to say, every actor in this film was directed with such dedication by the incomperable Robert Benton, who co-wrote the screen play as well with David Newman. Nice work guys. This is a top notch situational, believable slice of the old west and how it might have been to serendipidously find yourself wondering its prairies.
