The Backyardigans: Born to Play * by Backyardigans (The) (CD, Jan-2008, Nickelodeon)

I bought it for my two boys to have something to listen in my truck besides my music, not all of which is appropriate for them to listen to. I don't mind the cd because the songs are upbeat and catchy. My boys also watch the show so we have heard many of the songs on the show, which is a lot of why I decide to buy it. Most of the songs that we heard we liked.

I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

This was an item for my child. She loves the show and dances with the theme songs. We bought it so we coudl sing and dance along while in the car. The family loves the CD.

Delivery on the CD was fast. My daughter loves the CD..I just wish it had the theme song on it. She is able to sing along with the CD on the songs that she knows. The word sheet is great for me because I can help her with the words that she doesn't know or can't get because the song goes a little fast for her.

aFTER NOT RECEIVING MY CD AFTER 10 DAYS THEY MAILED ME ANOTHER AND RUSHED IT TO ME AND HAD IT IN 2 DAYS. THE COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT AND MY ITEM WAS BRAND NEW IN UNOPENED PACKAGE. VERY HAPPY WITH EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We love the Backyardigans music at our house. My 4 year old loves to blast this CD and dance around her room and we find ourselves singing along. The CD is loaded with over 20 tracks of music from the show. My only complaint is that the CD comes in a tri-fold cardboard holder instead of the traditional plastic case. The CD stays put and scratch free and the cardboard holder is easier for my daughter to open and close, but it seems like the company was just trying to cut costs. The insert includes a mini seek-and-find on the back that my daughter also enjoys. Over-all a great purchase, worth the money for any Backyardigans fan.

This product is awesome. My 15 month old son LOVES the Backyardigans. The songs are really upbeat & cheerful. We put this CD on & my son plays & dance to the music. If your child loves the cartoon, then this is a must by.

This cd has all the best (in my opinion) songs from the Backyardigans Show. The only thing I am disappointed in is that every song is only about a minute and half long. It's a little short, and leaves out a lot of what is played on the show. Other than that, it's a great cd!

WE LOVE this CD!! I was even more excited than my 4 year old I think! Great songs!! Fun to sing along with!!! GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!!!

My 18 month old loves the colors, the dancing and the singing. All of the songs on this CD are just as much fun to listen to as they are to see on the show.

I bought the CD mainly for the Boinga songs, but all the songs on the CD have a great tempo, and easy to listed to (dozens of times with the kids) without wanting to use it as a frisbee... There are a couple of agrivating songs (like track 15) but you learn to deal with them (short songs)... Overall I say the CD is a good value for the amount of songs, if your kids what Noggin, they will know all the songs!! Enjoy.

My 2 year old daughter LOVES the backyardigans and she loves the songs they sing. With this CD she and her young cousins play in her room with their favorite cartoon songs playing in the background.

There are lots of songs and my daughter knows them all. She tries to sing along and dances to them. It is very entertaining on a road trip. As soon as we get in the car, she wants me to push play on the CD player!

Another great CD from Nick's hit preschool show, "The Backyardigans." As a mommy who gets to watch these shows....over and over again...this is my very favorite. My five year old son danced and spun around the living room and delighted in every song.

Especially nice are the bonus tracks from the recent movie-length Backyardigans ("Knights") episode. "Not an Egg" is a great rock n' roll tune for kids and adults alike! This track features Broadway singer Adam Pasqual. Also featured on this CD are Alicia Keys ("Almost Everything is Boinga") and Cyndi Lauper *"Lady in Pink")

If your child loves the Backyardigans, he/she will surely love this CD.

We just love anything Backyardigans! The music composition is excellent! Even Lurie is wonderful! There is very little out there in the way of music cds that are for little ones (ages 1-3yrs) that lights them up as these cds. My daughter smiles and giggles when listening to the songs in the car! She is making connections to memories of the episodes. The music is great for adults also-not too childish, and we have our favorite episodes too!

Was a lot of newer songs that we hadnt heard before. Listening to the cd right now. If I had to say one negative thing about the CD is the fact that it came in a paper sleeve type holder, versus the hard plastic jewel case.
