James Blunt’s music is a lot like that of Damien Rice’s. So, if you like Damien Rice, odds are you will like this CD as well. It is a beautiful CD, start to finish.

) I love this recording. Every song on it is a winner with me. I got the Edited version, because I don't have any interest in music with bad language in it, but I hear they only deleted a couple of words. So it's mostly the same as the regular version. James Blunt is a terrific songwriter of heavily emotional, moody and deep songs. This isn't for the person who likes things that are light, funny, surfacy. But if you like to hear a musician who can emote and express his angst about things like broken relationships and the sorrow of war, then you'll like this recording. The song that got all the radio play, "You're Beautiful," is pretty and bittersweet. "High" is nice and positive, but most of the songs are rather soulful and introspective. But I like that kind of stuff! I've listened over and over again, and I think it's a great recording. And all the better because I got it brand new and very cheap on eBay!

Love this cd.I really like his music and so does my 5 grandkids they listened to mine which is not the edited version so I decided to get them their own but without the nasty words. They love it they sing everyword to Beautiful and Goodbye My Lover so I am really happy with this will buy more of his music.
