Babylon 5 - The Complete Third Season (DVD, 2003, Six Disc Set)

I bought this set of DVD's of Babylon 5, the television series. The purchase was easy, the price was better than 'all right' and it was so fast! They came through the mail to my door, they are all in great condition and ready to watch. I buy a lot of things from eBay and I always find it a positive experience. I bought this particular item after seeing what the price was for the same thing, from a popular DVD club. I saved money and had a good time as well. I recommend shopping for any of your media items on eBay, especially if you like to save money.

I bought this DVD set to add to my Babylon 5 collection. This set was unopened and in great condition. The best part was that it is half the price of a set at Best Buy. Price and availability are the great assets on Ebay

Season Three was when everything really changed, and has some of the strongest episodes. Season Four did wrap up many of the plot lines (since at that time it was not clear there would be a Season Five), but I also thought there were some weaker episodes in that season.

the on going saga of B5, a must for all B5 fans. Bruce is the man as he commands his way throught he galaxy trying to be the defiant diplomat.

Probally one of the best, if not the best season of B5. Everything heats up to a boiling point in this season with the shadow war. Highly recomended.

This show just keeps getting better. You'll find it all in Babylon 5; comedy, drama, suspense, action, mystery, and soap opera.

Loved the tense drama of this third season. I found Ebay to be the least inexpensive place to purchase this and other Babylon 5 seasons. If you are into Babylon 5 this the place to buy the dvds.

I've always been a big fan of the babylon 5 series and was disappointed when it was cancel, but with the series now on dvd i can enjoy all the season, all the excitment and all the wonderful story lines over and over again. Just like season 3 when babylon 5 break from earth and the story line kicks into high gear. OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

The transformation of G'Kar, White Star vs. Shadow Vessel one-on-one, the doctor on walkabout and more, all wrapped in the arc of the story of light vs. dark - a great season for the Babylon Five series.

For it being used I believe it's in excellent condition. The DVD's were like mirrors on the playing side the dividers were all intact with the discs. However the box was siightly worn but that was expected. I bought it because of the price and it's part of my collection. Thank you

One thing: Ivanano, Claudia Christian. She made that series. Good acting and good looking to boot. All actors were good. Plots. Conflicts. It had them all.

I was pleased with this purchase. However, when I recieved it, it didn't look like the other 4 seasons. Then I was worried, after reading that some
DVD's won't operater on american players. This was a present. But, much to my relief it seems to play fine although, the quailty is not as good as my others, as it's a bit grainy but, that shouldn't interfer with our enjoyment too much. It filled out my collection & was a good price. Looking different is only a minor inconvenance. My family loves Babylon 5 & are very happy to now have the completed series.

My boyfriend and I have been getting all of the seasons. He watched the show while it was on the air but I am new to it. The third season is absolutely amazing. We finished it last night and now we need to get the 4th season so I don't go nuts. Talk about a cliff hanger. I recommend this show to anyone that remotely likes sci-fi with a great dramatic story line. If you have not seen any of it before though I recommend seeing the first seasons before you watch this one.

Had started getting the series a few months back. Saw this and the price was fantastic. So I bid upon it and won. The DVD's arrived fast and was exactly as described. An excellent purchase from an excellent seller.

I now own the whole series and it's just as good now as when it was new. It might be even better now because it isn't "Reality TV," it's drama.

Well, what else needs be said, Babylon 5 is great. While in the grand scheme of other sci-fi cash cows, B5 isn't as noticible, that doesn't deminish from it's splendor. As a fan of many forms of expressionism, I think that art, mainly science fiction, is the single greatest self-diagnostic tool for the human condition.
As modern sci-fi series tend to rely heavily on special effects to wow the audience and fancy gadgets to come up with sudden 4th wall breaking exits, B5 is the exception. In homage to what made sci-fi great as it was in the days of Robert Heinlein, Issac Asimov, Rod Sterling, Arthur C. Clark, Ray Bradberry, and Orson Scott Card, Babylon 5 is a series that prides itself on having character driven stories rather than event driven stories.
Now while having great stories is always a plus, for those of you who enjoy behind the scenes materials and audio commentary, you will not be disapointed. The third season is quite loaded with commentary from the cast and crew.
So for those of you who are tired with modern sci-fi series that provide shallow entertainment and no diagnostic for the human condition, I highly recommend this show.

I love Babylon 5 and purchased the 3rd season online because i thought it was a good deal. After recieving the purchase which came quickly after the order, I began watching it. After the 1st disc, I found that several discs had issues and would not play without difficulty in viewing the entire episode. I contacted the company and they would not work to fix the issue, trying to blame my equipment. I tried it in several differnt players with the same issue.
