Baby Einstein: Baby Santa's Music Box (DVD, 2004)

This is a delightful gift idea for baby's First Christmas - geared toward the 0-24 month age group; I would say it is perfect for the younger end of that group as a cute musical image of Christmas!
This is in true Baby Einstein style - mixing classical renditions of traditional Christmas music such as 'Jingle Bells', with Christmas imagery which is heavily focussed on young children. This is important as your child will identify and engage much more when something, in this case Christmas , is shown from a kid perspective! There are also numerous appearances from the baby Einstein puppets!
Another wonderful aspect of this movie, is the fact that we see Christmas celebrated around the world in a variety of cultures. It helps the child identify the fact that families each have their own tradition; and even embraces the different religions that may not have a 'Christmas' but certainly have a celebration which is important! This helps broaden your child's mind and perspective!
It is a great DVD, the Cheery Christmas mood certainly helps get you in the spirit of things, the only reason I gave this a good not excellent rating was when taken from my child's perspective, it was once of the less engaging DVD's of the Einstein series...but still enjoyed nonetheless!
