Baby 411 by Ari Brown M.D., Denise Fields (2007, Paperback)

I loved this book when I got it 2 years ago. I actually purchased this one as a gift. I would reccomend it to all moms, especially first timers!!

This is a great resource for modern parents. It's got all the answers to your many questions and it's much easier to read and access the information when you need it in the moment. Also, the writing style is very tongue in cheek and they have great reviews of other parent books and resources so you have even more choices when you need extra advice. All in all, the best baby book I've read and I've given this book as a gift to many expecting friends.

I ordered this book for my daughter who just had a baby. The first seller email me a note that they didn't have the book- they said it was half.coms fault since when it was sold to someone else, they didn't remove it from "some inventory list" Of course, half.com said it was the sellers fault and I could file a complaint and after I filled out endless forms and followed all the proceedures they would look at it. Forget it, I bought another Baby 411 from a different Half.com seller and guess what?? After several days, the seller email me that there had been a mistake and the supplier didn't have the book in their inventory! So, after two "purchases" on half.com I still don't have the book. Makes me think that quite a few of the sellers don't really have the books they are selling. Anybody want to buy a jet airplane? Send me $20 million and I'll go and look for one for you! This must be OK with half.com!
