A great way to get all of the bands big hits

If you love 70's rock then you probably know at least half the songs contained on this cd because they have been FM radio regulars for 30 years now. The cool thing about this band is that almost every song they wrote was stout, melodic, contained great lyrics and the vocals are always clean and well done. I'd actually give this cd a 4 1/2 star, BTO's music remains relevant and timeless, its easy on the ears and provides a great driving beat.

Classic Randy Bachman songs are included on this complete compilation of the groups best hits. Highlights are the driving "Taking Care of Business", "Let It Ride", and "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet". A very enjoyable trip back to the early 1970's driving Rock and Roll era.

I loved this cd and this band because they were faced with adversity from the time the band formed. They seperated from their old groups because they wanted to stay out of the drug scene, and were told that rocker's that don't drink and party would never make it. Well, they certainly proved everyone wrong over the course of their history. One of the neatest thing's I have heard about this band was on the recording of 'You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet' Randy Bachman was singing the song straight through, like he inteded it. It was his produced that suggested adding the staggered stutters throughtout the song. He was quoted as saying, 'Wait until you hear this, I am GOING to make you famous'. Pretty nice guy

It was a gift for my husband;s Birthday. He looked everywhere in stores for this CD, and couldn't find it. Of course, I found it on ebay. The price was right, free shipping and received it in two day. No standing in lines and/or driving around town. What more could I ask for!

  BTO Greatest Hits

I bought this CD for my brother as a surprise. It was intended that he would enjoy it because it would take him back to when he was a teenager. This was one of his favorite bands. He spent a lot of time in his bedroom just listening to music when he was a teenager. I was hoping listening to this music would take him back to these times. I really love him and am hoping to give him a lift.

  GREAT CD
Review created: 07/19/07

This is the 2nd best CD by BTO. It contains the greatist song they ever made in "FOUR WHEEL DRIVE" (which is also the title cut). The reason why it's not the best over all CD is because the 'assinine' record companies FORCED and RUSHED the band into hurry mode to kick out another album to follow the Not Fragile success. BTO had 4 great songs 1)Four Wheel Drive 2)She's a Devil 3)Hey You and 4) Don't Let the Bules get you down. Flat Broke Love is a good 5th tune. If they had the alotted time they needed instead of rushing it, they could have finished this album off the way they did with Not Fragile. Still though- GREAT MUSIC.

  Great Band - Great Tunes
Review created: 08/02/06

BTO was one of the great bands, and the songs on the CD reflect their talent. From their most popular hits to general classic rock, the song selection shows it all.
