BELLY LAUGHS by Jenny McCarthy (2004, Hardcover)

I love the fact that this is understood by all. I am 39 & laughed at it, my neighbor is 28 & she found it funny & my 17 year old daughter loved it. This book is full of real life experiences that all ages can relate to. It is a very funny & yet very real book. If your looking for a book to make you laugh check this one out!

I bought this book becuase i was expecting my first child, and a friend of mine had recomended it. It was soooo good i could not put it down. I laughed my ass off! Anyone who is pregnant should read this book!

This is a hilarious book! I have not had a baby yet, but I still found the humor in this book! AFter reading this book I look forward to experiencing the, good, the bad, and the ugle sides of pregnancy! Jenny, thanks for keepin it real!!!

This book is absolutely fabulous! It tells it like it is, but on the bright side. It is not as long and boring as "what to expect when your expecting." My sister bought me this book when i was about 2 months pregnant and i finished it in about 2 days because it was that good. Also while your pregnant you refer back to the book all the time thinking, hey that happened to me too. All the things people are embarrassed to tell you about pregnancy are in this book. I suggest anyone who is pregnant to buy or read this book!

I enjoyed the humor. It was nice to have a lighter side of pregnancy. But beware! Those who know Jenny McCarthy, knows she enjoys to talk about crass things and cuss a lot!

I am rating this as high as possible and have not even read the book. I bought it for my pregnant daughter because she had heard so many good reviews about it and I did not want her to pay full price at the store till I had checked on eBay. I got it for her on a great eBay auction and she said it was hilarious and so true. She could not put it down. I told her she has to let me read it next even though my days of having children are long ago over. She said it would be good for anyone who has had children, who plans to have children, or who is pregnant.

great book quite humorous loved it. would by for a friend or family member even if they already had children. This will be a classic for all pregnant moms to read.

I got this for my girlfriend and she loved it. She really liked how it told the truth and was easy to relate to while being humorous at the same time. I'd recommend it to anybody expecting.

You have to have a good sense of humor to fully enjoy and grasp this book. It took an initmate look inside pregnancy. I found it really enjoyable and worth the price. I recommend this book to any and all mothers to be.

I love this book. It is so easy to read, and puts a fun twist on being pregnant! I bought it because it was a change compared to the rest of the pregnancy books-and really am glad that I did so!

I liked it all!! The book presented a real life look at pregnancy. It is everything that people go through during pregnancy that nobody wants to talk about such as gas, your butt getting bigger, turning purple and more!! Even a section for daddies to be!! Technically though husbands should read the entire book so they are more understanding. :o)

This was a very funny book for any woman expecting a child. It is a very blunt and humorous description of what women go through. I sat down and read it over two nights and laughed out loud numerous times. My husband even thought it was funny!

I bought the book because I love her books. I now have all of them and I am waiting for her to write another book. She is one of the funniest ladies in Hollywood. She tells you how it is and doesn't beet around the bush about it.

I'm more of a shy person and don't like OUT LOUD people and I don't like people talking about inappropriate things BUT this book was just what I needed. All the things that I would be too afraid or embarrassed to ask about was in there, and telling you that you are not alone. It also let you know what to expect so you don't freak out when it does happen. I didn't like that she sweared through the book but it's not that big of a deal. Overall I really liked the book, I couldn't put it down. There were parts where I was even laughing out loud!
