I like it because it is a new release and I was able to get it on Ebay for less. I like the group Skillet because there are a awesome Christian rock band! A few of my favorite songs on this CD are Awake and Alive, Monster and Hero. If you are looking for a great Christian rock band you should check out Skillet!

This CD is good. I haven't listened to it enough to LOVE it, like I did with Comatose. You can definitely recognize the same style from one CD to the other.

Skillet is one amazing band.
With a chick drummer and JOHN COOPERS vocals that NO-ONE can resist, they have truely outdone past projects with this album.
Heck, I listened while soaking in a hot bath last night in fact.
My Nephew listened to "Awake" and by the 2nd time listening to it, he knew almost every song instantly it seemed.
My favorites are MONSTER, AWAKE & ALIVE, & SOMETIMES, but you could easily N-joy every single song if MASSIVE "Vocal Hard rock" is your genre.
DO NOT underestimate this band, they have FINALLY perfected their sound.
Even an ANTIRELIGIONIST like myself can rate it 5 stars, when it has a little more christianity than needed to STAY & BE that 5 stars. It has truly earned it.
Have you heard the "best christian rock album of the year", yet?

great music as well as vocals and diversity between songs!! Monster is a upbeat fast song hero is great and to slow it down lucy and forgiven are great songs

Excellent, but oddMusic was tremendous throughout the CD, but I was surprised in the change of tone from Christian based tones on the first half of the CD to more tones directly to a person in the second half of the CD. Music was very good all the way through, though, what I've come to expect of Skillet!

I have been a Dc Talk fan for 14 years, finally I have found a replacement: Skillet.
Continuing along with the intros that get better every time another CD drops, the lyrics and vocals continue to be unparalleled, as the music is not only something to rock out to, but also something that will encourage you to continue on the walk of Christ.
