I watch the series on tv and love the show. Sometimes I dont get to see them when I want to. So the DVD was the perfect thing for me, there are no commercials,and I love to watch the extras that come with it.

) I liked the oppotunity of buying just the one disk. My daughter's car was broken into & the DVD player with this disk in it was stolen. My grandson was very upset that he didn't have the full collection any more, so I bought him the disk he needed.

I'm a big fan of the Avatar series and wanted to collect all the DVDs. I was debating on getting the box sets for each season, but I really enjoyed the box art for the individual episodes of Book 1: Water.
I bought the individual disks for Books 1 and 2 from varying sellers, and ended up getting them all for half of what I would have paid buying the box sets! Plus some of the individual discs come with cards, comics, or games which you don't get in the sets. So if you've got the patience (and shelf space) to pick them up one by one, that's the way to go!

Luckily the dvd is alright. When i got it however, the case was broken on the inside, and the dvd was sliding around in it. I was worried that the dvd was getting scratched up, but luckily, it was ok.
