The Mexican food bible from Rick Bayless is celebrating its 20th anniversary. He cooks genuine Mexican dishes for the American kitchen. The Charcoal-Grilled Corn with Cream Cheese & Chili sauce is out of this world! I can't wait to try more dishes! This is one of the best reference books you can have around.
