The Mexican food bible from Rick Bayless is celebrating its 20th anniversary. He cooks genuine Mexican dishes for the American kitchen. The Charcoal-Grilled Corn with Cream Cheese & Chili sauce is out of this world! I can't wait to try more dishes! This is one of the best reference books you can have around.

I'm from Mexico and I have been searching for an authentic mexican cookbook. some of the recipes are not very simple but tha't waht makes mexican cooking good.

It was a great book and I watch Rick's show all the time. I'm from Chicago and have yet to try Rick's restaurants but now I can try some inexpensive ways of tasting his creations without leaving my home. Thanks again!
