Aurora makes the best shredders. I got this model since it is rated as medium duty which means you get a sturdier built machine. My last Aurora was a 4-sheet light duty model that finally gave way after 10 years. RIP. I have nothing bad to say about this new 10-sheet model. I put it thru the paces and it does everything well. The only thing I wish it had was wheels so I could easily roll it in and out from under my desk. But I could purchase a little frame with wheels to put it in I suppose - so no biggie.

Great ServiceWell this item i purchased had a problem but the seller was great about it and gave me my money back and said to just keep the shredder , so i called up the Aurora company and it appeared the motor is stripped in it so for $10.00 bucks the company will send me another motor for it & if it was still under warranty it would had been free , so i gotta say its a good buy for the Aurora service .
