Audrey Hepburn Story (DVD, 2000, Closed Captioned; Widescreen)

I enjoyed the DVD very much.It is a nice addition to my Audrey Hepburn collection which I started maqybe 1-2 years ago. The DVD was in ecellent shape and reasonably priced. Jennifer Love Hewitt is lovely playing Audrey.

Ok, so I LOVED this movie I am a die hard fan of Audrey Hepburn and If you love her you have to buy the movie is really GREAT! Jennifer Love-Hewitt did amazing as Audrey. Ilove it it is GREAT!

The excellent rating here is actually for Audrey Hepburn herself. She was a real lady in the old sense of the world. She cared deeply about those about her, especially children. Even though Jennifer Love Hewitt received not the greatest of reviews for her portrayal, I personally thought she did very, very well. This is a wonderful movie about one of our greatest ladies in the last century -- Audrey Hepburn.

I was on the wall about Hewitt playing Hepburn as it is a hard hard role to play, but she did splendid. The movie perfectly portrayed the life of Audrey Hepburn a very influential person in the way movies are made! This movie may just be the best movie ever.

Jennifer Love Hewitt does a great job as Audrey Hepburn in this film. I'd seen the movie not long after it first was released but didn't purcase it at the time. I'm on a bit of an old movie kick but figured; why not? I like Jennifer Love Hewitt and Audrey Hepburn and this is a movie with one playing the other. If you're not sure if you want to buy it or not, just buy it. You'll agree after watching it that it is indeed a great movie.

I loved everything about the movie. Jennifer Love Hewitt played this part wonderfully. I can't say it enough. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Audrey Hepburn. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I really can't say enough. Loved it.

Jennifer Love Hewitt was wonderful in this movie based on the life of Audrey Hepburn. The movie is well directed, written and just overall wonderful! I would 100 % recommend it to anyone.

I decided to buy this for a Christmas present for a friend who is a huge fan of Audrey Hepburn. I am not sure if she realized there was a movie about her life. I have not watched it so I am not sure if it is any good but I know she will love it.

I really love Audrey Hepburn which is why I bought this, and I also like Jennifer Love Hewitt, but the movie was honestly annoying at times. I am glad I bought it cause I did want to see it, but its not going to be one of those movie you watch and afterward say how much you love it. It will be one of those movies you can either stand or you hate.

This film stars Jennifer Love-Hewitt (The Ghost Whisperer) as Audrey Hepburn. I started watching this on the Biography channel a few years ago on New Years Eve and had to go out. I finally got round to buying it and what a treat it was. Jennifer gives a five star performance as Audrey Hepburn (a big challenge I'm sure) her accent was impeccable, she was so graceful in the dancing scenes, she has an absolutely amazing singing voice and she looked utterly gorgeous in all the costumes (the style suits her prfectly). Her rendition of Moon River gave me just as many goosebumps as Audrey's own version. With the added bonus of Eric McCormack (Will & Grace) as Audrey's first husband Mel Ferrer this is a film that I am sure to watch over and over again not only because the story Ms Hepburn's life makes compulsive viewing but because Ms Love-Hewitt's performance is flawless.

This actually was a really good movie. I like how it also shows how she lived during the war which I found really interesting, it is also historical to see how life has changed from then until now. Would def recommend this movie to anyone!

Jennifer Love Hewitt does a fine job in her depiction of Audrey Hepburn. She looks, and sounds, basically "breathes" the life back into Hepburn. Jennifer's singing voice on "Moon River" makes me wonder why she didn't do more of that type of singing, rather than her pop sound: it was more grownup and enjoyable. Jennifer's excellent portrayal of the character will not fail to amaze you, and you may just fall in love with Hepburn, even if you were never a fan in the past. Jennifer's portrayal gave me a sense that even some Hollywood celebrities are genuinely "nice" people. According to her portrayal, Hepburn was a genuine sincere, kind, compassionate, down-to-earth human being, as well as humanitarian. Her final scene, searching for the kitten, was lovely, like delicious icing on a cake, which makes you go, YUMMY! I never realized Hepburn was such a warm woman. TWO THUMBS UP for Ms. Hewitt's acting abilities, looks, and talent. She even had her accent down perfectly. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Movie. Highly Recommended. After watching the Audrey Hepburn Story on tv I had to have it on dvd. The movie shows why Audrey Hepburn was so loving, caring and funny.
