I recently bought the Audiovox FPE 1506DV to replace a smaller TV/DVD combo which was damaged by a lightning strike. We are very pleased with this TV. The picture is sharp with good color balance, the viewable angle is generous, the DVD player works fine, and the sound quality is ok for a low end unit. The only complaint I can muster is that response to the remote control is somewhat problematic. You have to aim the remote in exactly the right orientation for the unit to respond and when it does respond it is slow. Definitely not a 'channel surfer'.

I mounted the unit above the counter in the kitchen using a standard swivel mount I purchased at Wal-Mart (which was very easily done and looks great). This allows us to swivel the TV through a 180 degree arc so that I can watch in the kitchen area or the kids can turn it around and watch in the dining area. Speaking of the kids - the youngest are six and they are able to operate the unit with no assistance.

Overall we are very pleased with the unit and would certainly recommend it to anyone who needs a small TV.

Love the built-in DVD player. It has a very good picture. Nice size and less bulky than non-flat screen TVs.

fits nicely on small table for kids room...easy to use, great picture. Easy enough for my 3 year old to use with ease. Love the fact that the dvd entry is hidden so it looks like a regular tv.

Ease of use as a DVD, hook up to computer is a breeze! I like the ability to use my USB or SD Cards to look at the JPEG's...Nice monitor all around!!

this is a good size for or grandsons ferst tv good resalushion with the dvd player sound is good a we can put it in the car for thoes long trips to the outerlimits.

We bought this TV/DVD combo for our camper because we needed something that could run on 12volt as well as regular electricity. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and would recommend it for anyone else. The remote is also clear and easy to use.

Lots of features for the price.. Only problem is the DVD color adjustment, the tv picture looks pretty good but the DVD will not adjust properly.. I did try everything, something is just not right with it.. It also consumes a pretty good amount of wattage when plugged into the 12V, all my other 12V TV's would run fine, this one trips the breaker after about 15 min.. Otherwise a nice TV for the price..

Its great cause we camp in remote areas that way we can watch movies. Its wide screen and i like the way the dvd loads on the side. So far so good.

the tv works good on 12volt and at home the screen is bright and the tv sits very sure footed doesent fall over!!

My purchase was all about Amp hrs.. let me elaborate! I own a RV and like to go camping.. rural areas where 120Volt is not an option. I found that if I use an inverter to power my TV it draws or uses to much power, so the solution was to buy a AC/DC unit like this one..

my daughter got this tv 4 college, so far she is happy with it. but time will tell the real truth. but as 4 thid day she is pleased with the tv set

thought it had a working dvd player but I obviously relied on the title description and not the detailed one.

This tv is extremely easy to use, just plug it in and go. The picture takes a little moving around through the menu. We also have a Magnavox and I like that picture better but my husband likes this one better. The size is great for a camper or any other small space you might have. Well worth the money you would pay on ebay. We are very happy with this purchase.

The TV Fits perfectly in the bedroom and replaces the old clunker, looks real nice, alot of features.

Tv was as described. It was a good buy. the price was less than any other comparable tvs in the stores, even on sale.
