I'm not sure how to rate the item since I haven't received it yet. Every time I buy something on ebay, it takes forever to get here. I am paying a shipping and handling charge, and I didn't choose next day fedex, but I won the item on 2/21, paid for it through paypal that night, and it is now 3/10 and no sign of my item. I've spoken to others who have made purchases on ebay and nobody has said it takes this long.

awesome portable tvWe LOVE this tv! It has a great picture quality, considering the very low price. My kids love watching their movies in our car on this. It's been taking a beating over the past few months and still works great.
