This book is well written telling both the why and how to change lifestyle. It becomes clear through these pages that weight control in most cases is not an event but a process where we learn healthier ways to live. Besides being a mental health worker for thirty-three years, I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes. After recommending others read this book for years, I now use it to examine my lifestyle. A must if one is serious about living longer !!
