I did not realize how big the book would be. It is a great cookbook, lovely pictures and recipes. Of course it contains exotic ingredients, that's to be expected. A great diverse range of recipes from different regions in China.

Great book.This is a beautiful book. It is filled with gorgeous pictures, interesting information and common recipes from several Asian countries. Although some of the countries are more thoroughly covered than others the hardback version of the book is nice enough for a coffee table and the recipes seem quite authentic.
