Don't Buy Bread- Buy this Book!!

I read an article in a magazine about this book, with some recipe excerpts included. I was intrigued;as a long time bread baker, I wanted an easier, more fool proof method...

Boy, I underestimated what this book could deliver!

First, as is my frugal wont, I got the book from the library... Wow! I tried the simple method, mixing up the dough, and saving it in the fridge after making my first loaf- this was the BEST!

Crunchy, perfect crust; soft, creamy "crumb" inside- after years of baking, I had NEVER achieved anything like this! And really, so very, very easy!

I ordered the book on ebay, (great price, fast delivery), because the book has so much to offer, I needed it ALL- the recipes for Chocolate Bread, (Fantastic!), Pretzels and Bagels, (yet to be tried, but I know they'll be great), and PIZZA, of which I can't get enough! Faster and easier than ordering out, and SO much better! (And it uses a portion of the SAME DOUGH that you (after you get this book!) will perpetually have waiting in your refrigerator)!

It also has many other recipes; but, honestly, the book is worth it many times over just for bread and pizza. The rest is just extra...

But this book. Now. Then, take $5, and mail it to me. I deserve much more, but I'm not greedy- I figure: $5, for only 5 minutes per day..

Oh, that "5 minutes per day" is only if you make a loaf EVERY DAY- for me, it's "5 minutes per WEEK"! It saves that much time!

    Jay

      Best bread book around

Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day is THE BEST bread book around. It takes five minutes to make the dough, less than 5 minutes to shape the loaf, and comes out exactly as described. I come from a family of bakery owners and never got the flavor and texture I get from this bread. The crusty, chewy and texture of the bread is just wonderful. Even the novice baker will have wonderful results the first time. I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to make the best bread ever. I have now purchased 5 of thies books to give away and every one that I have given the book to is using the recipes!
