I actually purchased this book for a Christmas gift for my 30 year old nephew. He has an Oceanography degree and is a science teacher. He shares the book with his high school science students. He is a world traveller and outdoors person and really loves the cool drawings and oriental outlook of the information.
My copy has been borrowed by friends on several occasions and I would not hesitate to purchase one or more copies in the future. It is worth every penny. I especially use the section on vitamins, exercise and nutrition. Every time I pick it up it is hard to put down.
