The Art of Public Speaking by Stephen E. Lucas (2005, Paperback)

The Public Speaking book was in good condition for it to be a used book. I need this book in my communication 111 class. I won the bid on it through ebay half.com and it was delivered in a prompt and timely manner. I will be using this web page again for all of my book purchases. Do so guys it will save you a bundle in book cost in the end.

I bought this book for a class I am taking. the price that I paid at half.com was 1/4 of what the college book store wanted to charge me. The only wrinkle in this situation was I ordered it on a Monday of a holiday week and the class started the next Monday...I didn't get the book until until three days after the start of my class. 9 days after I had ordered it.
I will have to be more careful about when I order my books and make sure they will be shipped with-in 24 hours after my order is placed.

Everything came just as described. My book came quickly. Everything was brand new and wrapped up. Would buy from them again.

The book I ordered was in the same condition I expected it to be in, nothing was wrong with it, it was sent on time and the seller was extremely easy to contact.

there was one cd missing, but other than that i got everything else. came really fast, so thats good. probably will buy again from this user..

This book provides students with wide and deep knowledge about public speaking. The Abridgment CD set allows students to study without reading the textbook. The Topic finder is so helpful with lots of topics while the Guidebook - as its name - is a guideline to help students focus on specific parts of the course. In addition, the author also show some PowerPoint skills (though they are just basic) that help students prepare for their presentations.

Book in great shape. Bought for a college class didn't save much with shipping cost vs book store. Shipped very fast.

Arrive in a reasonable time and the condition was as described. Another big plus from me is that it came with CDs because I was looking specifically for a seller that actually includes it.

The book was lost in shipping so I contacted the seller regarding the problem. They were quick to respond and offered me a new book or a refund. Come to find out they did not have a replacement book on hand. Offered to get one or refund. I chose the refund. The refund was posted to my C.C. on the same day!! Very accomodating!!

I'm currently using it for speech class, and it's been a great friend. It's very easy to follow and the most important part are underlined and in bold. Easy to study from for a test. The only reason why it is not excellent is because a lot of it is common knowledge.

the book its in great condition thank you. the only little problem is that it took a little too long to get here since i needed it for wednesday.

He got confused and didn't know where to send the package. It was difficult contacting him, he agreed to ship packaged next day shipping and didn't. The packaged did arrive on the last day of the three week delivery period.

Was mailed very quickly,great price. Everything was there!! Wish they had used alittle heavier envelope to mail in as the spine of the book was a little damaged.

The book was sent late because the seller forgot to sell it then went on spring break. I needed it for school, and this was careless. I will not buy from this seller again.

I got the book, which is good, but I was told by my Universities bookstore that the book that I received was an international edition and that it is illegal to sell them in the United States. The cover of the book I thought I was purchasing online is different than the book I got in the mail. The text is the same, but when I went to sell it back to the bookstore they would not let me do a sell back. It is obvious that this seller knows what they are doing is illegal because the picture of the book online that I thought I was purchasing is not the same book cover I got in the mail!!

The book is in excellent condition and the price was great. It came promptly and I have been using it ever since.
