Negotiating is a skill everyone uses, not just salesmen or businessmen. If you want to have your opinion heard and be more persuasive you need to learn how to negotiate. Get more out of life with effective negotiation!

Yes this book is 40 years old but the skills of negotiation haven't changed for centuries. This book focuses on win-win negotiations and being aware of the non-verbal communication during the process.

I have kept this book in my library for 10 years and it has always been a useful resource.
