Great quick-reference book for those who want to find ideas on how to combine essential oils for administration in a variety of ways, such as diffusion, application to the skin, and baths. Excellent used in combination with other references or with essential oil knowledge base.

Notations are provided where there is clinical evidence of an oil's effectiveness for specific ailments from arthritis or migraines to cellulite. The disclaimer at the front of the book advises the information was compiled for the writers' personal use, through lectures and a variety of other methods.
