I loved this book and have both the print edition and audio (in his own voice). It's not so much about argument in the heated sense of the word as it is about how to present your side of a discussion in a way that brings others to it. He also brings out how to listen to others so that you understand their point of view. He shows how to eliminate anger and emotion from entering a discussion. Everyone should read this book!
