This work gives great incite to the nature of skilled arguement which all of us posess. A must read for anyone who wants to be a good debater. Very beneficial to barristers, union reps, parents etc.

A must Read - This book is for law, business & family!Gerry Spence wrote this book with a sincer conversational style. To read this book is similar to sitting with the author over coffee. This book will help you, it will not teach you to dominate by force, but you will learn how to trust yourself to victory. There are no "magic tricks" in this book...the book helps show you the way thru the self discovery needed to "create" the winning argument. Many techniques used at the Trial Lwyers College are taught in this book. An excellent value and a must read for all of those in law, business or with a family.
