Argue With a Tree by Blue October (Rock) (CD, Jan-2004, 11 Discs, Brando Records)

I love the band blue october. They are the perfect blind of great musical vibrasions and GOD inspired lyrics to be topped off by the wonderful men that carry the titles of members of this band!

This album is great. Blue October's frontman, Justin Furstenfeld, does not disappoint. If you are a fan of Blue October, or just Great music, this is album is a must. This album is like crack - your hooked from the first song. In comparison to the studio albums: Vocals are great, some variance from studio version (just enough to be exciting), but great none the less. Musically the band/album is comparable to Dave Matthews Band, maybe a little Pearl Jam. Lyrically speaking, Justin is an genius. My faves and raves from the album would be Razorblade, Breakfast After 10, Inner Glow, and Come in Closer.

This is my favorite CD. I can listen to it all day.
I also have the DVD. If you are considering buying
only the CD, you will come back for the DVD.

This shows what a band with real talent should sound like, the vocals are rough and soothing at the same time, and you can feel the emotional conflict within the music and lyrics.. I would totally encourage anyone to listen and give this band a chance.

I love this band and just started listening to their music this past year. I loved their most recent CD "Foiled" so much that I decided to purchase some of the previous music. This 2-Disc CD is live and the crowd's participation and excitement only adds to it. Great buy.

I have recently found a fondness for Blue October. I chose this CD set because it was a great deal and in great condition. I have enjoyed my purchase. The entire experience was GREAT!

I was hooked from day one. I now own 4 of their albums and have only been a fan since May 2006. I can agree with one reviewer, their music is like a drug... You just keep coming back for more. He puts SO much emotion, so much passion so much heart into his songs that it's hard not to love.

I am about to order Argue with a Tree an that should complete the collection for now. I'm only sad because I will have to wait a year or so for a new albume.

Out of all my years listening to music I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER bought MORE than one CD from ANY artist*EVER!

He sounds just as good live, and even better! Oh, his voice.... how I love it so! If only I could cup it in my hands and hold it there forever.
