Worship with an edge!

This is premium worship music with an edge. This is perfect for youth groups or mission trips. Some would even be so bold to imagine this as being church, which wouldn't be such a bad thing.
While most of the songs are covers, the couple added of their own are very good, too. In some ways, they out-shine the do-overs, of which there are also any of in Christian music, unfortunately. If you want to worship God with an edge, this might be your chance. The guitars are heavy but there is still a flow to this cd. It is raw and without keyboard sound effects common with some of their other cds. If you are a Skillet fan, you will truly profit from this live performance.
'Who is Like Our God' is an original that simply rocks. As long as 'How Deep the Father's Love' is, this is still a gem here, a hymn with raspy vocals. 'Holy and Anointed One' does start to drag, as worship covers tend to do. 'Shout to the Lord' is one of those covers that does translate well. 'Angels Fall Down', as mellow as it is, is another original that once again appears here.
