Music, Video, Photos, iTunes Store, App Store, Hard-core Gaming. Plus absouluty no problems from the date of purchase. Very fast device Apple has upgraded the ram and proccesor and graphics in the New iPod Touch 32 and 64 GB which makes gaming feel awsome on this device even beyond PSP gaming ( on some games ) Not a single flaw in the devices system works like a dream. it's and iPod Touch people, made by Apple "The Funnest iPod Ever" how True !!!!!

THIS IS A CONSUMER WARNING - PLEASE READ: For those playing to buy the lastest Apple iPods from eBay, don't! There have been "sellers" trying to sell them at low prices, but their items have been removed from eBay because the items listed on ebay but then completed outside, which according to them are extremely risky because they are not covered by ebay buyer protection programs and are highly susceptible to fraud. I should know because I bought one this morning and ebay contacted about this. The seller is joshingramer. If you should happen to have bought anything from this person, please contact ebay. If, like me, you have already bought an item using paypal, contact paypal and file a dispute. Now, what to look out for: the newest ipods sold at 30-40 units, all at the same low price, depending on what model you're buying. For example, ipod touch 32gb 3rd gens were being sold at 245 with 32 units available, which is what i bought. I'm sorry that this is lenghty, but I just don't want you guys to get ripped-off like I did.

I decided to buy it because I wanted an ipod 3rd generation, However I still have not received the product and it has been exactly 19 days since I purchased the item I bought and 17 days since the post office notified me that the seller had been notified to send me the item I bought. I have sent a message to the buyer about a week ago and still have not received a reply.

Kinda pricey, but worth it if you used all the software on the iPod it comes in handy. They also have alot of items in ALL the stores for iPods they don't have much for non-iPod's items.

This is only a raffle. So nothing is really bought. I wanted to purchase a touch ipod. I didn't realize that is would be a joke. I am disappointed in the fact that there was fine print, instead of coming out and stating that a raffle was going to be conducted. I am really dissatisfied at the fact that now this shows as the buyer being inactive in ebay. It makes you wonder what type of person this is.

I purchased an iPod touch after owning all the previous versions of iPod at one time or another. Apple has outdone themselves on this the best one yet. Only a few additions would make it perfect. 1st would be Internet connectivity on its own for a small monthly fee. 2nd would be a Camera/Video feature. Other than these additions I cannot think of any feature that would make the Touch more appealing that couldn't be fixed with applications rather than hardware. Of course a more reasonable price would also be a plus, But someones got to pay the execs. salaries.
The best investment on top of the Touch a person can make is a quality set of headphones which really bring the device to life. Movies seem like you are watching the big screen. Suggest Bose QC3 compact noise cancelling headphones.

I bought and received the iPod Touch 64GB 3Gen from Apple.
I'm really impressed with the features and size, and battery life, applications available and everything else.
I just would like to have available in the near future an iPod touch 128GB with 3.2 Megapixels (photos and videos). I'm pretty sure Apple is working on it.
I would like to recommend this iPod Touch for everyone that loves music like me.

Well you pay $70 for a phone you get a $70 phone. If you don't use the ear piece your face hits the fsace of the phone and stops the call. the phone comes in and out when it is sitting. Not a very good buy.
