Apple iPod touch 3rd Generation (32 GB) MP3 Player

THIS IS A CONSUMER WARNING - PLEASE READ: For those playing to buy the lastest Apple iPods from eBay, don't! There have been "sellers" trying to sell them at low prices, but their items have been removed from eBay because the items listed on ebay but then completed outside, which according to them are extremely risky because they are not covered by ebay buyer protection programs and are highly susceptible to fraud. I should know because I bought one this morning and ebay contacted about this. The seller is joshingramer. If you should happen to have bought anything from this person, please contact ebay. If, like me, you have already bought an item using paypal, contact paypal and file a dispute. Now, what to look out for: the newest ipods sold at 30-40 units, all at the same low price, depending on what model you're buying. For example, ipod touch 32gb 3rd gens were being sold at 245 with 32 units available, which is what i bought. I'm sorry that this is lenghty, but I just don't want you guys to get ripped-off like I did.

I have had it for about a week and find the features really cool. Tons of stuff to download. Most of the games are actually VERY fun to play. Ipod music features are very nice also.

If it had a built-in Mic, gps, camera it would be an amazing killer product, but I can understand why Apple didn't do those things.

In any case, it is fun product with a lot of potential.

I have been wanting an iphone for a while now but didn't want to pay the extra fees every month to have it. So I decided that the iTouch would be the way to go. Its just like the iphone, can do most all of the apps, browse the internet, AND store all your music and vids. I LOVE IT. I have absolutely no complaints. You can even download a texting app so you can use it like a phone if you have the internet. I'm sure theres more it can do; things I dont even know about it yet. I would recommend it to anyone!

I received no merchandise. I wrote twice to ask about this purchase and never received a response. I paid the money owed but I have not heard anything about it.

Who needs a MacBook? I carry this thing everywhere. Doesn't sync so well with Windows (I just have to uninstall and reinstall iTunes periodically; see Apple.com for details; but I don't lose my settings or music so it no biggie. Wireless is soooo fast. Applications load much faster than other versions. I have all my favorite music, plus my wife's and daughter too, and I'm still adding stuff I just might listen to someday. I just click the "Automatically Fill Free Space With Songs" checkbox and I get the whole 32GB used up. Just shake and shuffle. Why by games. Just download tons and tons of free apps and pay the 1.99 or 2.99 (big spender) for the full versions. Don't forget to get all your friends and family's wireless passwords, and Enjoi!

An excellent product, it can do all the tasks i do on my PC. Also a great gaming machine.
Some cons are that the back chrome are very "scratchable" so get a cover as soon you open it.

I love it, it is not for the music, I love the ipod touch for the fun games and apps on it, I downloaded tons of games and apps and they are all fun, I use it to monitor my stocks and check my personnal email, great product.

This isnt an IPOD its a ticket to win one dont waste your time its very misleading. Im so disapointed I actually thought it was for the IPOD

OK, so I'm a PC guy totaly, swore I'd never cross over to an apple product and then my wife got a touch. I got tired of being yelled at to "put my ipod down!" so i bought one. This is the neatest thing I've bought since my Commodore 64 way back then. What next a MAC???

A pretty lame scam. They send you a piece of paper stating that you did not win, please try again. Appearently you are paying for a "ticket" to win the Ipod. LAME, LAME, LAME!!!!!!!!!

i find out the ths item from web search. And ebay price are very chipper than our country included shipping charge.
Also products are really simillar to our apple agent

great buy. brand new, sealed in oem box just like description. I was a little put off by a lot of auctions for these little guys only because of my standards that electronics should be in brand new condition when bought, that way if there is a defect, the factory is liable and i dont have to try to work it out otherwise. all in all i felt very comfortable with the purchase.

basically it deserves every phrase about it.Obviously best ipod and provide luxury besides advantage of price.close to perfect.I want to touch it s skin

Seller was not responsive to emails, however the product was delivered in a timely fashion and was an accurate description of what was received.

I actually never received this product and was unable to get in touch with the seller. When I filed a claim and was refunded through Pay Pal the seller then filed an unpaid item claim on me!! After a few phone calls with ebay and pay pal the situation was straightened out. I would NEVER buy from this seller again but I have had lots of good experience with many other items on ebay.

absolutely amazing. everything it's cracked up to be. totally understand all the hype now. I've wanted one for a while but was unsure if it would be worth it and now I understand. I don't really even need a phone anymore

im hoping i bought 10 ipods at least thats what it says but the more i think about it i will get somthing else because the price was 2 good 2 be true but when i seen them i bought them for my kids 4 christmas so if i dont get them i will not be happy and i will get ahold of a lawyer.so im really hpoing its leget.it says i bought apple ipod touch 3rd generation(32gb)so i guess i will see when it comes in the mail and i hope its all good
