I bought it as a present for my mom but she's IN LOVE with it! She had an 8 GB, but she REALLY wanted the newest version (2nd) and the biggest memory-32GB, so that's what I got for her. She's not even answering the phone because she's too busy with her New Apple iPod! I personally can't speak of if the thing works-actually my mom just called and she has been using it all morning and I told her about this review and she said t tell you that "the APPLE IPOD 2ND GENERATION WITH 32GB IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!!!" I wrote that exactly like she told me to (all caps) She cracks me up. Anyway, I don't think you could get a better review than perfection! Thank you, Barbi-me and Betty-my mom
