I got my Ipod Touch from my husband as a birthday gift, and I absolutely LOVE it! It was a First Gen, so I did have to pay an extra $10.00 at the itunes store to upgrade it to a 2nd Gen, but all is good:)
I get a lot of Free Videos & Songs, as the itunes store is constantly changing things and giving away freebies. I downloaded all of Sesame Street (FOR FREE) and my 2 year old is hooked! (Parents* This thing is a LIFE SAVER when you are at a Doctor's Appointment or stuck in traffic!!! - the kids will sit quietly and watch or listen to their favorite shows and you will finally get some peace:)
I do wish I did not have to use headphones just to hear it, but they now make accessories so that this isn't such an issue anymore.
Also, for those people wanting to get you a gift but don't know what you want...tell them to get you an itunes gift card...or buy you a "Favorite T.V.Series", this worked out awesome for me at Christmas...since apparently...I'm a hard person to get a gift for?
