Apple iPod shuffle 2nd Generation Silver (1 GB, MB226LL/A) MP3 Player

I have never owned or thought I needed a mp3 player. So I decided to take a chance on a used one on ebay. So I went with the shuffle by Apple, a reputable company. Wow was I impressed. It does not have a screen to show you the songs or videos or album art work and all that other useless stuff. It just plays music. What it does it does well easily and in a very compact simplistic way. I can carry around lots of music easily instead of batteries, cds, a cd player big headphones. Just to play some music. Now I can take my music to work and plug it into my computer speakers and rock at work for at least 1 1/2 days before the battery is dead. The one gig hold about 12 hours of music 180-240 songs depending on the lenth of the tracks. It also doubles as a mass media storage for moving files or pictures from 1 computer to another. Lots of adapters are available to play music in your old cassette deck in your car or with the 3.5 jack to 3.5 jack you can play it in your newer car stereos easily too. I use mine to rock out when I ride my bike, motorcycle, ski or go jogging. I should have got one much sooner. It was geniously made and I love it. Get one and try it for yourself. Be sure to run the battery all the way down it will last longer and provide a longer life. These make great inexpensive gifts. I have gotten one for everyone of my girlfriends and now I look like a superhero. I have gotten dates just so they can get a shuffle with one of my romantic playlists. Try it you'll see. The shuffle rocks and now I do too.
