Apple iPod shuffle 2nd Generation Blue (1 GB) MP3 Player

The 1gb IPOD shuffle is a great player. It sounds pretty good with Apple's earbuds, with no need to eq. The bass and treble is also decent, and it's capable of playing loud. The unit's compact, it clips securely to any clothing, the controls are user friendly, and stores about 220 songs. Also, when fully charged, you should average about 10 hours of playing time.
You can only download and sync MP3's thru I-Tunes software. But the software is free and it's a fairly simple process. (just highlight and drag your songs to player's menu) Of course when syncing, you have to use a proprietary USB cord or cradle.
Now keep in mind, the Shuffle's sync cord is different than a standard USB. The part that plugs into the computer is standard USB, but the part that plugs into the player is the same plug as the earbuds.
Although, I presently own a Samsung T9, a 1gb nano, and a 4gb Ipod Touch; I really like the shuffle better. It's hard to beat the quality of Apple products. I highly recommend this player.

Apple iPods are fabulous. It is so much easier to listen to all of my favorite songs now- no more lugging around and switching cds back and forth. They are a great accessory for exercise (you can clip it to your clothes). The earbuds that come with the iPod put out phenomenal sound. I even bought an inexpensive cable that allows me to connect the iPod to the auxiliary jack in my car and my home stereo. I love my iPod so much that I gave my mom one for Mother's Day and now my husband wants one too.

I bought the I-Pod Shuffle for my friend as a birthday present. (I have an I-Pod Touch.) The shuffle is great for someone who doesn't want all the bells and whistles like the I-Pod touch does. It works great and it is very easy to use. She has told me that she loves it because it is very small and clips right to her shirt or pants. I was able to put about 225 songs on it.

I bought this because I walk all day at work and it let me listen to music and block out everything I dislike about the factory setting. Calms me down. Easy to use and fit lots of music.

This is the perfect ipod for the gym, it is small enough that you do not even notice it on you but the quality of music that it plays is amazing. This ipod may not have all the bells and whistles but it is still an ipod, I own one and just bought one for my wife. If all you want to do is listen to music and not play video or whatever the bigger ipods do this is perfect.

I like this version of the shuffle much better than the latest. Right now the methods to control the 3rd Gen Shuffle are lacking. The controls on this device make it much easier to use and compatible with a number of different headphones.

the shuffle looks great, im sure that wont be any problem with it playing music on it, but for the 30 bucks the tiny dent and scrathes dont make a difference!

I was fortunate to receive a shuffle from my husband. When I resold this item the buyer told me it didn't work in their computer. I had to return the amount they paid for it.

I did notified this seller of the situation with the non-working shuffle, but never received a reply.

Now I know. My next Ipod will be from Apple Refurbished Shop. They give guarantee and are around $50.

I love this shuffle, and can't wait for skiing season to begin, so I can use it often. No problems at all, worked right when I synced it to iTunes. Great buy.

this was a resonable transaction and was as described so it was worth my time and money.this was as described and i recieved it in a matter of days , so this seller i would return to , to buy from again.

I love it. The reason I bought this item was for my niece. I was worried that if I got the newer one that she would lose the earphone. Then the player will not work. I'm really glad that I made this purchase.

The ipod shuffle did not work. I ried different chargers and for the 5$ plus postage, it is not worth it to me.

What I liked about the iPod shuffle: The color and description given were accurate. It came with all the essentials like the iPod charger, head phones and of course the iPod.
What I didn't like about the iPod shuffle: I know the merchandise was used, however, the item came a bit dirty. I am okay with some of the scratches but the head phones had some gunk on it. I ended up purchasing a new pair of ear phones.
Why did I decide to buy the iPod shuffle: wanted something small and had a clip on it so I can use it when I went running. It is small and the clip is very sturdy. I am pleased with my purchase considering it was used.

LOVE THAT IT SO SMALL AND I JOG WITH IT ON AND IT DOSENT FALL OFF MY PANTS LIKE MY 120 GB ipod. Holds 500 hunred songs but so small work with it on go to school with it on just slip on the ear phones like you have a little jukebox in your ear.

This product is absolutely amazing! It packs quite the sound in such a small device. I decided to buy it so I would have something to listen to while walking the dog.

IPod works but it certainly is not "Brand New" like the seller stated in the auction. It would have been nice if item was not described as something it was not. No headphones or charger like a new iPod would have and some wear is visible. Just a disappointing when you are expecting a new iPod like the title of the auction stated.

Love the idea of a very light clip on iPod for exercise. Easy to use. Great sound.What can I say, it is the elegance of all Apple iPod products. free download from iTunes if you don't already have it. Easy to pull some of my favorite tunes to the Shuffle.

This product appears to be in excellent condition and I hope my granddaughter enjoys it.It looks new in everyway and has no scratches for a refurbished product. I know she'll enjoy it.
