Size - I did not even fully comprehend how impressed I would be, when I held the Nano in my hands. Its thinner than a number 2 pencil and less wide then your inner jean pocket. The first time you see it your jaw just hits the floor in amazement. The seems around the edges are very neat and nearly impossible to notice. When holding the iPod Nano, you really get the feeling that you are holding something of appreciable quality.

Solid State - The iPod nano has not one moving part inside of its casing. The memory it uses is flash memory which you see digital camera memory cards using. It can be shaken and dropped and dont worry because this ipod isnt going to skip. That is how apple got this baby so thin.

Storage - This 4-gigabyte iPod Nano is the best value. It is only $50 more than the 2-gigabyte model, so you get twice as much storage, for only $50 more. But the beauty for you is that on eBay you can get it for even less! Yes thats right cheaper because that is the value of eBay.

Display - The display on the new iPod Nano is fantastic. It is 1.5 inches and is big enough to show 3 full lines of text so your album name and artist show up along with the song name. This baby even holds your photos and contacts. Photos look great on the 1.5 inch screen.

Click Wheel - The click wheel on this baby is great. Its slightly smaller than previous versions, but now it is apple designed and not a third parties part. So it feels even better and by having apple design it they were able to make the nano even thinner.

Color - White is the traditional iPod color, but now Apple realized that black is becoming the new white and you should too. The nano in black is beautiful.

Battery Life - Battery life is always an important feature. After all, what good is it having 1000 songs in your pocket if it only lasts 2 hours. Well have no fear the iPod nano brings in an impressive 14 hours of continuous play.

In conclusion all i have to say is get yourself an iPod nano. In terms of size, usability and compatibility accept no substitutions.

it is a good ipod the only thing is that the battery can't hold a charge. it last for a little under 2 1/2 hours.

Bad purchase!! After I bid and won an iPod G4, I received an email alert from eBay stating that the item had been removed from bidding. Unfortunately, the funds from PayPal had already been transferred to the seller’s account. After unsuccessfully attempting to contact the seller to refund the money, I filed a dispute with PayPal. They “resolved” and closed my claim...... but were only able to recover less than 25% of the money I paid to this fraudulent seller.
PayPal’s reputation with me has been significantly tarnished. Lesson learned: Buyer Beware!!

For many, the iPod Nano makes up for some of the shortcomings of the iPod Shuffle. It is thinner and a tad smaller than the Shuffle and is very comfortable to hold in one’s hand. The unit delivers a wealth of sound and the 1.5 inch color LCD screen is bright and exceedingly clear. The black color and rounded design are very stylish. The Menu options allow browsing in a variety of ways, sorting music by artist, album, songs, etc. Album are appears on the 1.5 inch screen right along side of the respective song titles.

Continuing in the Apple tradition but unlike other competing MP3 players, the iPod Nano does not feature an FM tuner, so no listening to and certainly no recording of radio. Another drawback is the lack of user-replaceable batteries. But perhaps the biggest issue is the position of the headphone jack and the dock connector/USB plug on the unit. Those two features are adjacent to one another so you often have to take out the headphones to be able to take out the USB connecting cable. Even more of an issue, you have to remove the headphones to place the Nano into a dock connector, so no listening while charging, and more plugging in and out than one would like.

Another drawback according to reviewers is the price of the Nano compared to other similar units. Other brands offer more than twice the storage capacity for roughly the same price, many with other features as well. However, as with all iPods, this unit has great sound and the earphones come with three pairs of ear cushions. It also is flexibly and can be utilized as a USB hard drive and photo viewer. Just remember that the Nano can not play games or video nor does it have TV-out capacity.

Ipod was just as described, I was happy with Ipod it funtions well and its the color I wanted! Fast shipping great service.

It didn't come with a USB cable and the battery is dead.
I thought the price was nice though, and I bought another battery to be installed.

I am very upset with this seller. They did not sent the approbate equipment for this product. We can not use this ipod without the cd-rom to download music from the internet or computer.

I like the iPod's sleek, small style. It can slip into my pocket or I can hold it in my hand. It's not bulky or an odd shape. I like what I saw in the description and won the bid for the item. I was contacted that the offered item 'died' and that a replacement was offered. After corresponding, about the item, I accepted it as replacement. I was surprised when I opened the package and it was not quite up to what I expected. It looked a little rough cosmetically - but it functioned! Bottom line, it played music and it worked! I was not misled or misinformed - I was just not expecting it's appearance. this was not a good discription. it said it only had a broken screen and i know how to replace them so i go in and there is a tiny black switch that holds the ribbon of the screen and it was broken so now i cant replace the screen.
