* Did crash on me once
* Album image only available if you purchased the song from iTunes. Uploading your CD doesn't work.
* Will likely be out of date in a few months as Apple quickly revs on the iPod product

i bought an ipod nano, 1st generation and it is awesome!
i had just broken my old mp3 player, an iAudio U2 and it stopped working. i was about to go to a long road trip so i decided to buy a new ipod. i was very nervous that it wouldnt get to me in time before my trip, but it made it so i was SOOO happy! the product was just the way it was displayed on line. it was perfect: no scratches and in lots of fresh packaging that looked like it was just from the apple store. it was just what i wanted :)

Other than damage on the particular unit I purchased, that was undisclosed by the seller, this is a good product. Very compact and easy to use. Light weight and holds a large number of songs or videos.

This is great if you are not hevaily into music, and you dont need 20,000 songs on your ipod. This is for the people who like music and put their favorite songs on. The sound from the apple headphones are great, the design is sleek and looks cool. The only thing i didnt like is that it cant be dropped more than a couple times before you need a new one. However, you do have 1 years Apple warranty, but watch out, Apple is getting stricter on "accident" policies.
There are newer ones out, which are better quality (tech-wise, size-wise, etc.), however, i like the look of the original nano here with the black front cover, and reflective metal backing.

I paid for this item #280251058777 on the 29th of July. I have not received this item. Emailed the seller for tracking number and no response. What can Ebay do to help me with this matter. I've checked his feedback. He has only been a member since July 23, 2008 and the seller has 3 negatives already. All for the same problems I'm having. This problem needs to be resolved. And resolved quickly.

First of all, I never received my IPOD so that is very disappointing. However, what is worse is that I lost $52.00 that paypal cannot get back for me. i can put alot of songs on it. i have a pioneer cd player in my car and it is ipod compatable so i bought one. It works great.

I was reluctant to buy an ipod because of the price compared to other MP3 payers. I still think the prices are high but it does do alot of things. I bought it for the nike +, and for that I love it. As just an MP3/4 player I thinks you can get more bang for your buck in other players.

I recently purchased a ipod nano 1st gen and i love it! I have had a ipod nano 1st 2nd, and 3rd gen and my 1st is my favorite. Its easy to hold and very easy on the eyes. Its click wheel is not to sensitive and its the perfect size. The screen is easyly viewable in the day light and the perfect brightness at night. The menus are easy to go through and it has games. itunes that comes with the ipod is great and easy to use. Just drag and drop and thats it. The only bad thing about this product is the fancy chrome back is easyly scratched but it does look great. Overall ***** five stars!

No where in the description of the product did it say that this was a non-working iPod. Also, the picture was unclear and you could not see the water damage and the dent in the back cover. Very disappointed in product.
