seller will not respond to me. Paid in full Nov. 1st and as of Nov. 7th have not received iPod. I'm beginning to wonder. tried to leave feed back but seller is no longer a EBAY member.

Fraudulent Seller
) The seller never shipped the IPOD NANO to me. He took my money ran. Do NOT buy anything from him. I bought the IPOD NANO as a 'buy now' product, so money automatically got subtracted from my PayPal account. Once, the seller got my money, he took the product off of Ebay. I'm out my money and an IPOD.

) Such a tiny little gadget - it is so lightweight that I have already dropped it twice (my fault, I'm used to big fat Zune 30GB). You can take it anywhere! And when you see something which you want to capture on video, just select the camera mode and start shooting. The FM radio is a nice (if not delayed) touch to the ipod line. The interface is a smooth as ever. Sound quality even with the included earphones have SUPERB sound and they surprisingly stay in my ear when I dance around compared to other types of earphones. The internal pedometer is a nice bonus - just set it and start walking throughout the day and check it at the end of the day and see how much walking you've done! You can even enter in your weight and set goals for yourself!
Overall, I am impressed with this latest nano. It's so shiny and sexy in my hands! For me, it's either an iPod or nothing. Highly recommended!
