Apple iPod nano 5th Generation Silver (8 GB) MP3 Player

I have a 2G Apple iPod which I enjoy using very much but does not hold many songs for my purposes. That is why I bid on the 8G nano, not one but two from the same seller. Both "ipod" items have been examined by Apple specialists and deemed counterfeit, and certainly not as described. No larger screen, no camera, the printing on the exterior is bogus, the metal and colors are wrong and these are not accepted by iTunes as a device. Now I am in the midst of a claim dispute with PayPal for a return of my money. Very disappointing process with seller. He only wanted to give me less than 1/3 of my money back to resolve the claim!! Does he really expect me to accept such dishonesty? I will never again bid on any item that I would even suspect as coming from China. These "iPod"s are not useable!!
