Apple iPod nano 5th Generation Silver (8 GB) MP3 Player

I have a 2G Apple iPod which I enjoy using very much but does not hold many songs for my purposes. That is why I bid on the 8G nano, not one but two from the same seller. Both "ipod" items have been examined by Apple specialists and deemed counterfeit, and certainly not as described. No larger screen, no camera, the printing on the exterior is bogus, the metal and colors are wrong and these are not accepted by iTunes as a device. Now I am in the midst of a claim dispute with PayPal for a return of my money. Very disappointing process with seller. He only wanted to give me less than 1/3 of my money back to resolve the claim!! Does he really expect me to accept such dishonesty? I will never again bid on any item that I would even suspect as coming from China. These "iPod"s are not useable!!

I like the camera and the games in it and ofcoarse how many songs and videos it can hold up to. what i dislike about it..havent thought of anything i dislike about it. I decided to buy this kind of ipod because i like that it isnt to big to carry around and it has a biger screen which is better too, ever since the ipod came out i wanted to buy one but i didnt have the money to get one because of other things that i had to buy instead, but now that i had the oportunity to buy one, i decided to buy this one.

it has been 23 days since my order was paid by paypal. i have contacted the seller and have not heard back. the order says it will be shipped within 10 days. there is no tracking number and it hasn't been shipped yet!!!!! i am very disgusted. it was a birthday gift and the birthday has come and gone and i bought another one from the store!!!!!
